- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Returns & Refunds
- Customers can request a return within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

- Refunds will be credited after inspection and may take 2-3 business days.
