- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at the moment.

- Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Processing time may vary during peak seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value and location.
- Free shipping may be available for orders above Rs. 999+.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery within metro cities: 2 to 3 business days.
- Delivery to other locations: 5 to 9 business days.
- Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs, courier issues).
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
- Customers can also track orders through their account on our website.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- Our delivery partners will attempt 8-10 deliveries before returning the package.
- If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

- If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
